• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful Office 365 projects
• Solution Design, wire framing; ensuring the design and layout are in keeping with the client’s requirements
• Creating Modern M365 solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and other Office tools
• Creating forms and workflows using Power Platform solutions
• Communicating with the client regularly as to updates, resolving issues fast

• Bachelor s degree
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, One Drive, Power Apps, Power Automate
• 3 years’ experience supporting/ implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Proven client engagement experience within consulting or agency
• Requirement gathering; working closely with the client to establish their requirements, translating these into business requirements
• Experience running workshops and demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft 365

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot
• Experience with presales support
