Implementation and Solutions Associate

First 90 Days Onsite every day, then Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days WFH

Are you a visionary technology leader ready to make an impact? Our client is seeking a highly motivated Implementation and Solutions Associate to lead solutions implementation projects, spearhead AI initiatives, and drive API integrations across product offerings. This hands‑on role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with C‑level executives and senior leadership.

• Lead Solutions Implementation Projects: Drive technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• AI Project Leadership: Implement and lead AI initiatives, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies to enhance business outcomes.
• API Integration: Utilize APIs to integrate and optimize products, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of technology initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in technology leadership roles, with proven success in solutions implementation, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, API integration, and emerging technology trends.
