What We Do / Project

The Support Engineer will play a key role in remediation efforts for applications, infrastructure, and user accounts as the company undertakes separation activities requiring domain segregation. This role may involve assisting or leading these initiatives. The primary focus will be on users, applications, and infrastructure that support Post Production Engineering.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

• Coordinate and lead meetings with partnering engineering teams in post‑production and identity management
• Stage and test the migration of user accounts into new Active Directory OU’s
• Validate media applications and infrastructure access following UPN changes, OU and MFA restructuring
• Provide hypercare support to > 1000 users requiring access to post‑production applications and infrastructure
• Active Directory Administration & Support
• Author Knowledge Base articles in company CRM(s)
• User Access Request/Incident triage
• Ensure all tickets requiring follow‑up receive appropriate attention

Must Have Skills / Requirements

Proficient with Active Directory, MFA administration, and Windows administration (3+ years of experience)

Proficient with Power Shell Scripting (3+ years of experience; automating tasks to streamline workflows)

Proficiency managing incidents through company CRM (3+ years of experience; Service Now, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

• Experience with post‑production applications/systems (e.g., Avid Production Asset Management)
• Experience supporting enterprise domain migrations/consolidations
• Experience with Active Directory and MFA admin within the Entertainment Industry

Soft Skills

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks with little supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Phone, Slack, Teams, Email, CRM)
• Must maintain a flexible schedule to support a 24x7 production schedule

• Atlanta, GA Area or New York Area
• Remote role – may need to be on‑site rarely
