Job SummaryThe Director of Enterprise Engineering leads the enterprise engineering team to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions. The role champions Infrastructure as Code, secure Dev Ops, Policy as Code, IaaS, PaaS, monitoring, high availability, BCDR, and Zero Trust security models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions that meet business and industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for secure Dev Ops practices.
- Implement and manage IaC and PaC to automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Oversee the adoption of IaaS and PaaS solutions to enhance scalability.
- Establish monitoring and alerting systems to ensure health and performance.
- Ensure high availability and reliability through redundancy and failover mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain BCDR plans for critical infrastructure services.
- Implement Zero Trust security models.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve practices.
- Uptime and Availability: ≥ 99.99 %.
- Incident Response Time: ≤ 30 minutes.
