We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with strong Cisco expertise to support and enhance an enterprise network environment. This role works alongside other IT and network professionals to deploy, configure, and maintain critical network infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing daily network operations across physical and virtual LAN setups, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless systems, and network access/security technologies.

• 6+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • Administration and support of Cisco Secure Firewalls, including IDS/IPS technologies
  • Managing configurations through Cisco’s Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC)
  • Working with Cisco Secure remote‑access technologies such as VPN and the Any Connect client
  • Network performance monitoring, alert management, and related tools
  • Supporting systems running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
  • Conducting in‑depth troubleshooting, issue analysis, and problem resolution
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and standard procedures for network operations
  • Recommending best practices and standards for overall network and security management
  • Coordinating with telecom partners and IT service vendors to resolve system or application issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
• Exposure to unified communications or VoIP systems (Cisco or similar)
• Knowledge of network security principles and vulnerability management processes
• Background with wireless networking tools and technologies
• Relevant technical certifications in networking

• Clear, concise communication skills—written and verbal
• Ability to provide after‑hours and on‑call support when needed
• Works well independently and within a team setting
• Effective at organizing workload, prioritizing tasks, and managing deadlines
• Capable of handling multiple assignments at once in a fast‑paced environment
