Salary: $119,000 – $180,000 base, with bonus potential and compensation based on experience and location.

We are seeking a hands-on Lead AI/ML Platform Engineer to drive the design and execution of an enterprise-wide GenAI platform. You'll own the strategy and implementation of core AI infrastructure, including prompt workflows, agent context and memory, scalable microservices, and MLOps frameworks, supporting decentralized teams in delivering business value through AI.

• Architect and lead GenAI platform development (Dataiku, AWS, OpenAI, Pinecone).
• Build and manage AI/ML infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and cloud-native deployment.
• Develop the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and scalable EKS-based backends.
• Implement standards for CI/CD, MLOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Establish agent lifecycle governance, evaluation tooling, and feedback loops.
• Enable internal teams with self-service AI tools and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Collaborate with offshore developers and translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
  Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in ML/AI platforms; 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS), Kubernetes, and Terraform/Cloud Formation.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with high-throughput APIs.
• Practical experience with Lang Chain, OpenAI, Pinecone, and vector databases.
• Proven success implementing observability, CI/CD, and cost-efficient systems.
• Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Dataiku, Snowflake, multi-agent systems, and ROI tracking.
