- Perform onsite installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment alongside other trained technicians.
- Installation duties include equipment bolt-down, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuration, and testing of new equipment.
- Provide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components.
Skills:
- Possess knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices.
- Proficient in PC computer skills, including working with various operating systems and networking.
- Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians.
- Electronics technical school training or equivalent is required.
Skills:
- Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL Server database maintenance.
- Familiarity with MS Windows software and operating systems.
- Understanding of network and communication systems.
- Possession of MS Network and MS A+ Certifications is advantageous.
