About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Architect who is responsible for designing complex digital products end to end with hands-on experience in the design and implementation of cloud enterprise applications. The right person would bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that custom applications are designed to be simple, stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design process, ensuring scalability, performance and security for key initiatives. Develop high-level architecture designs, including system components,API’s, integrations, databases and data flows for custom applications.
• Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are followed.
• Work closely with application architects, business analysts, product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions and blueprints.
• Integrate cloud technologies with ERP, data, and other platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now, low code/no code platforms and others.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer experiences.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, blueprints, design patterns, and decision records.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed.
• Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in software development and system architecture with hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud architecture and security.
• 5+ years of knowledge and experience with architectural design patterns such as APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and middleware platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, networking, and governance best practices.
• 5+ years of experience integrating cloud solutions with ERP, CRM, data, and/or customer support platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven chatbots, NLP, and automation tools.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices with knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Proficiency in database design and management:
  
  Experience with both relational and No
  
  SQL databases, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
• Experience with front-end technologies:
  Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and their integration with back-end services.
• Experience with API design and management:
  Proficiency in designing and managing RESTful APIs, Graph
  
  QL, and API gateways.

• Application architect (any stack: Microsoft, Java, MEAN/MERN, LAMP, etc.)
• TOGAF 9
• Cloud
  
  Certifications:
  
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications are highly desirable
