Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with fulfillment planning and execution, transportation, or manufacturing operations.

• 5 years of experience with fulfillment planning and execution, transportation or manufacturing operations.
• 3 years of experience leading freight payment operations or analytics.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience redesigning carrier invoicing processes and redefining technology requirements.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Orchestrate cross‑functional global programs to optimize freight spend, covering system enhancements, third‑party partnerships, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on improving invoice accuracy, payment cycle times, and financial accruals.
• Align project execution with the wider transportation capabilities roadmap to deliver critical system functionalities.
• Establish and govern freight spend KPIs and reporting standards to drive transparency and performance accountability.
• Drive accountability and operational excellence across carrier and audit partners by leading performance reviews and strategic alignment initiatives with internal stakeholders.
