We are seeking a highly motivated technology professional to lead application operations, release management, database administration, and system integrations within our IT Applications organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong growth mindset who is eager to expand their expertise across application interfaces and database technologies. The environment is centered on a single-stack ERP architecture, requiring deep or rapidly developing expertise in ERP database operations and support.

This position plays a critical role in managing QA and production releases within the SDLC, and works closely with outsourced development, support, and maintenance partners. The successful candidate will gain comprehensive exposure to enterprise-wide business processes across the application landscape while growing within the organization.

• Lead SQL database administration activities supporting ERP platforms in both QA and production environments
• Manage application release cycles, including testing coordination and production deployments
• Support data conversions, integrations, and reporting through advanced Excel and SQL usage
• Develop and maintain system interfaces across multiple platforms
• Partner with third-party development and support vendors to ensure stable operations
• Support financial systems processes including SOX compliance and reporting cycles
• Participate in application and database migrations related to mergers and acquisitions
• Support ERP procurement efforts including RFPs, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
• Learn and support business processes across finance, operations, and enterprise systems
• Identify opportunities to adopt and leverage emerging technologies
• Provide after-hours support as needed during releases, outages, or critical initiatives

• Proven experience as an SQL DBA using SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Understanding of accounting systems, general ledger, and financial workflows
• Experience with SOX compliance and financial reporting cycles
• Advanced Excel skills for data conversion, validation, and integration
• Experience developing or supporting system integrations and interfaces
• Knowledge of cloud-based and SaaS application platforms
• Experience with database migrations resulting from mergers and acquisitions
• Familiarity with IT procurement documentation (RFPs, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs)
