We’re seeking a strategic Senior BI/Reporting Analyst to join our team in delivering high‑impact reporting and analytics that improve supply chain performance, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive cost optimization. This role requires strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and core Supply Chain concepts to ensure fast, accurate, and scalable reporting outputs. The team supports BI strategy, ERP modernization, and nationwide distribution center consolidation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Supply Chain and distribution center reporting (inventory, forecasting, throughput, cost, performance)
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support scalable reporting in Snowflake/SAP environments
- Design, refine, and performance‑tune Tableau dashboards for usability and actionable insights
- Translate business requirements from procurement, inventory, merchandising, and distribution teams into reliable data models and reporting solutions
- Validate data accuracy and ensure performance across all reporting outputs
- Partner with business leaders and analytics teams to confirm reporting needs and track progress
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and consistency across BI deliverables
- 4+ years of BI or analytics experience, ideally with supply chain or logistics reporting
- Expert‑level SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, and performance tuning)
- Experience supporting ERP, WMS, or supply chain system migrations (SAP preferred)
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge—inventory, forecasting, procurement, distribution
- Snowflake experience preferred but not required
