Job Summary:
4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a Data Quality & Testing Specialist with 5-10+ years of
experience to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is focused on ensuring the
integrity, reliability, and high performance of decision-making data platforms. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in enforcing data quality standards, performing rigorous
testing, and resolving data issues. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will
help deliver robust and error-free data analytics solutions through both manual and
automated testing.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot code,
resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of the software development
lifecycle. A strong understanding of Python and SQL is essential for resolving issues
and optimizing data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Data Quality & Integrity:
Enforce data quality standards by performing rigorous testing and addressing
data issues to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data platform.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Conduct both manual and automated testing to detect, resolve, and prevent
data-related issues in the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot code written by
the development team, using Python and SQL.
Collaborate with Development Teams:
Work closely with development teams to understand code-related issues and
provide timely resolutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Support the continuous improvement of software development processes by
identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
Deliver Error-Free Data Solutions:
Apply your analytical skills to ensure the delivery of error-free data analytical
solutions that meet high standards for performance and reliability.
Provide Expertise in Data Testing:
Bring technical expertise to the testing process, ensuring all solutions adhere to
company and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5-10+ years of experience in data quality assurance, data testing, or a similar
role, with a focus on data platforms and analytics solutions.
Technical
Skills:
o Strong understanding of Python and SQL for troubleshooting and
resolving data issues.
o Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
o Familiarity with data quality standards, data modeling, and data
integrity practices.
Problem-Solving & Analytical
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and technical
expertise in data analytics.
Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with
development teams and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support across
multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
