Job Summary:
Under general supervision provide expertise and technical guidance required in the installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information systems. May be assigned more complex aspects of developing and supporting network solutions. This position will interact on a consistent basis with:
Network Services management and staff, user management, team members. This position typically will advise and counsel: other team members. This position will supervise: NA.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, install and support network infrastructures and software.
- Test and evaluate network systems.
- Develop project or system related documentation.
- Provide feedback to management.
- Analyze network related problems and recommend solutions.
- May delivery procedures and project documentation related to assigned area(s) of systems support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Required Experience:
Two to four years of job related experience.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise wired and wireless networks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switching and Cisco wireless solutions.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki or Cisco DNA Center is a plus.
- Experience with Juniper EX switches and Juniper Mist cloud‑managed networking, including switch onboarding, AP deployment, and use of Mist’s AI‑driven insights.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, routing, spanning tree, IP addressing).
- Comfortable troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity issues at scale.
- Experience with 802.1X, RADIUS, and general network security practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to follow change‑management processes and produce clear documentation.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, or CWNA are a plus.

Budget $76,500
