We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Mailchimp Partner Education Lead to join the Intuit Academy team. You will be responsible for defining, creating, and delivering a diverse portfolio of customer experiences for Mailchimp partners in the form of product education workshops, learning experiences, and hosting events.
Responsibilities- Customer Experiences:
- Content Development & Delivery:
Develop and facilitate engaging, high‑impact live and on‑demand workshops on a regular cadence for diverse audiences of Mailchimp service partners. - Curriculum Management:
Create and maintain a strategic roadmap of workshops that addresses key partner enablement needs and aligns with business goals. - Partner Advocacy:
Serve as a voice for Mailchimp service partners, providing feedback to internal teams to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and overall program strategy. - Leverages research on CX practices to benchmark against current performance and identify improvement areas.
- Content Development & Delivery:
- Data‑Backed Storytelling:
Define, track, and report on key metrics for workshop effectiveness, including attendance, engagement, and partner‑centric outcomes. Lead the collation and prioritization of insights to form recommendations across relevant channels and touchpoints. - Impact Storytelling:
Unify all partner insights and needs to recommend actionable strategies and experiences. Use data to create and present compelling reports that showcase the business impact of the workshop program to internal and external stakeholders. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with teams across Mailchimp, including Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure customer‑facing content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with strategic priorities. Independently drive the delivery of learning programs to achieve the customer experience strategy.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, learning and development, or a related role, with a strong focus on workshop facilitation, content development, and analytics. Experience in partner or customer enablement is highly preferred.
- AI First Learning Experiences:
- Familiarity with next‑gen learning technologies, designing learning AI‑enabled customer experiences—simulation‑based learning, gamification, micro‑learnings.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Intellum, Docebo) and online presentation platforms such as Zoom.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for creating comprehensive customer‑facing learning content from scratch, including instructional materials and workshop agendas.
- Proven ability to deliver dynamic, high‑impact workshops to thousands of global technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical
Skills:
Ability to translate business strategy to customer learning experience and measure the impact of experiences on business outcomes. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to define, track, and interpret key performance indicators and business metrics. - Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Mailchimp platform or a strong ability to learn new, complex SaaS platforms quickly. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Direct B2B Customer‑facing exposure in customer experience, management consulting, professional services, sales, and marketing preferred.
