OverviewWe are seeking three experienced IT Program Managers, each with a unique specialization, to lead and deliver critical enterprise initiatives. These roles require strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise in customer applications, asset management, or portfolio reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Point .
Available Positions & Focus Areas1. Program Manager – Customer Application ImplementationLead the end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications and platforms.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for customer technology projects.
Ensure alignment with customer experience goals and enterprise architecture.
Experience in utility sector or customer information systems (CIS) is preferred.
Manage large-scale programs related to enterprise asset management systems.
Work closely with operations, engineering, and IT to modernize and optimize asset lifecycle processes.
Oversee data migration, process reengineering, and platform implementations.
Ensure regulatory compliance and reliability tracking in system delivery.
Familiarity with tools like IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, or similar platforms is preferred.
Lead portfolio governance and reporting efforts using Power BI, Excel, and Power Point .
Provide executive-level visibility into project health, risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
Develop and manage project dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
Collaborate with PMO leadership to standardize reporting processes across the enterprise.
High proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools is required.
Drive program planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and change control processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, escalations, and decisions.
Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure continuous improvement in delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven leadership in enterprise technology programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
