Project Manager Scrum

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile SCRUM teams to deliver products and services with high quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Enforce established project management and Agile processes across all stakeholders, regardless of role or seniority.
• Set clear agendas, take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up promptly to ensure accountability.
• Translate technical project details into business-friendly language for stakeholder updates.
• Create and maintain weekly status reports with milestone updates across multiple parallel work streams.
• Develop status materials for Monthly and Quarterly Governance reporting.
• Manage interdependencies between work streams and proactively identify risks and blockers.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans and projections in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
• Establish and enforce RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Implement and manage change request processes and ensure alignment with change management protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to SDLC phases, including peer reviews, QA checkpoints, and documentation standards.
• Support and lead product management activities such as backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a point of escalation and resolution for delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams through feedback loops and process optimization.

• Proven experience managing Agile SCRUM projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce process discipline across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Skilled in setting meeting agendas, capturing notes and action items, and driving follow-ups.
• Track record of holding team members accountable for deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to translate technical details into business language for executive reporting.
• Experience creating and maintaining weekly status reports with milestone tracking across multiple work streams.
• Familiarity with managing interdependent projects and coordinating across tears.
• Hands-on experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and resource management.
• Proficiency in establishing and managing RACI matrices and change request processes.
• Strong understanding and enforcement of SDLC phases, QA checkpoints, and documentation standards.
• Exposure to product management activities such as backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with tools like Solar Winds, Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project , or similar platforms.
