The Program Manager will ensure alignment, coordination, and risk management across multiple work streams within a complex, enterprise-wide initiative. This role is responsible for maintaining strategic focus, driving collaboration across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. The Program Manager will also lead the preparation of executive reports, providing senior leadership with clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making and track program performance.
Key Responsibilities- Align program activities and work streams with overall strategic goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, technology, and operations teams to maintain consistency and integration.
- Manage governance routines, including working sessions, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Track program progress against key milestones, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and manage executive reports, dashboards, and summaries that clearly communicate status, risks, and achievements.
- Support senior leadership with data‑driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and communication plans to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross‑functional programs or transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering executive‑level reporting and communications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus.
