You'll build strong relationships, manage incidents effectively, and guide clients on maximizing their Salesforce investment. With over 8 years in Technical Customer Success and substantial experience with Salesforce products, you'll be instrumental in ensuring clients renew Signature Success Plans. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.

The position is office-flexible, requiring in-office presence three days a week.
