UI​/UX Design Engineer

Location & Work Arrangement

  Atlanta, Georgia
• Work Arrangement:
  Hybrid (Required On-site presence).
• Contract:
  
  This is a Contract position. (Initial contract is through the end of the fiscal year, with expected renewal.)
• Candidate Requirement:
  Local Candidates only.
• Mode of Interview:
  Either Web Cam or In Person Interview.

• User-Centered Design:
  Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces.
• Coding & Frameworks:
  Translate UI/UX designs into code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (with experience in frameworks like React or Vue.js).
• Leadership & Feasibility:
  Take ownership of design alignment, provide guidance/mentorship, and work closely with technical leaders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and meet project goals.
• Accessibility:
  Apply strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design.

• Tracking Implementation:
  Implement and maintain tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to measure website traffic and user engagement.
• Performance Analysis:
  Analyze key performance metrics (bounce rates, conversion funnels, session times) to generate actionable insights and inform UX improvements.
• Validation:
  Conduct A/B testing to validate design and content decisions, generating measurable UX or Business Impact insights.
• Reporting:
  Generate periodic reports on user engagement, retention, CRO, website speed, and SEO scores.
