** How you will create impact
** The Technical Engineering Director oversees end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple business applications and/or mid-sized programs. This leader will be responsible for successfully planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with business objectives while managing cross-functional teams.
** Your responsibilities include
** Strategic Project Execution
* Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Develops delivery roadmaps that align with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives.

Team Leadership
* Builds, mentors, and leads high-performing cross-functional delivery teams that may span multiple geographies. Creates a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, providing clear direction and removing barriers to success.

Stakeholder Management
* Establishes strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Acts as the bridge between technical teams and business partners.

Delivery Methodology
* Champions appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) based on project requirements and organizational context. Implements best practices and governance frameworks that optimize delivery outcomes.
