Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a client to find an experienced IT Project Support Services professional for an exciting opportunity in Georgia. This role is ideal for someone with a robust IT project management background, particularly in the public sector, who is ready to take on full project ownership in a dynamic environment.

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

• Oversee system implementations or modernization projects with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Track requirements, document project progress, and manage reporting.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating UAT plans from scratch.
• Communicate effectively, providing detailed documentation and executive-level reports.
• Maintain end-to-end project ownership with minimal oversight.
• Adapt to a hybrid work schedule with some onsite meetings in Atlanta, GA, and occasional in-state travel.

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong background in government, public sector, judicial, or court system projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-level reporting skills.

• Experience supporting state agencies, courts, justice systems, or similar public sector modernization efforts.
• Prior work on statewide or multi-site rollouts.
• Exposure to training planning, user adoption, or cross-functional coordination.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-driven.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Able to work directly with executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent writing skills for status reports, documentation, and UAT materials.
• Calm, mature, and able to manage ambiguity.

• Full-time contract for 6 months, starting January 2026.
• Hourly rate is flexible for strong candidates.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).

Competitive pay range with a minimum of $60 and a maximum of $75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
