Purpose:

• Privacy impact engagements with multiple Lines of Business, authoring privacy standards, and implementing privacy control frameworks.

• Provide 1st LOD engagement leadership and coordination for Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise.
• Define, Implement, and operate Data Ethics Governance Process.
• Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics.

• Required.

Banking or financial services experience.

Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:

• Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
• Designing and executing risk assessments.

Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:

• Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
• Designing and executing risk assessments.
• Experience creating dashboards using Qlik or Tableau.
• Experience creating workflow and digital forms using Nintex.
