Senior Full Stack Engineer - Vue​/Node

A mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of tech and care services is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its growing engineering team. In this role, you'll help build and maintain internal platforms that support a distributed, service-oriented workforce making a real impact in people’s lives.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Vue.js, Type Script , and Node.js who enjoys writing clean, scalable code and contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team. You’ll work on meaningful projects that improve operational efficiency and support mission-critical workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using Vue.js and Type Script

• Design and implement scalable back-end APIs and services in Node.js

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features

• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge with the team

• Contribute to long-term architecture and technical decisions as the platform evolves

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer

• Strong proficiency with Vue.js, Type Script , and Node.js

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and cloud-based architectures

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a remote environment

• Passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code

Nice to Have

• Experience working in healthcare, compliance-heavy, or service-based domains

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools

• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
