As a Senior Data Scientist at AIG you will be serve a critical role in building and overseeing a team of highly productive data scientists tasked with the delivery of impactful enterprise level Generative AI Solutions.

We are seeking someone with extensive hands‑on experience, as we are an applied data science team operating in an agile and production orientated environment. You will be focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML).

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements. Monitor solutions in production.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap

What is needed to be successful:

• 7+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production orientated environment.
• Expert-level understanding and practical experience (5+ years) with open-source Large Language Models (Llama2/3, Mixtral etc.), e.g., prompt engineering, inference, and fine-tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
• PHD or master’s in data sciences or master’s in computer science.
