Senior Management Analyst

General Information

These positions will support specific business, management, functional, technical, and professional or policy areas of the law enforcement and security program. Key responsibilities include identifying statistical and analytical issues, conducting operational and/or technical analysis and assessment of these issues, and providing input to the Program Manager, Branch Chief, Deputy Regional Director(s), and/or Regional Director. The contractor employees will also provide assistance in drafting policy formulations and development or professional or strategic goals.

• Maintaining automated systems to track suspension dates; maintaining project milestones; monitoring project work break‑down structure status; developing and disseminating progress reports; validating funding allocations; and preparing recurrence status reports.
• Collecting information from technical specialists and program managers for input into a variety of electronic information systems; querying required data for transformation into standard reporting format for usage by program managers.
• Working independently to complete specific requests by extracting abstract data from a broad range of computer systems for development of an analytical product accompanied by strategic recommendations, as appropriate.
• Utilizing existing directives, regulations, guidelines and handbooks to assist with the implementation of program changes and reinforcement of existing requirements to ensure program compliance.
• Managing information, to include the uploading and downloading of data associated with enforcement, physical security and safety measurements, and data management submittals to the LESPM for review and processing.
• Preparing recurring statistical reports for Facility Security Assessments and Pre‑Lease Survey submissions to the LESPM for review and processing.
• Assisting in the development of accessed databases and recommending modifications to current systems to enhance program and project management accuracy and efficiency.
• Assisting in the packaging development of the unfunded security measure requirements for submission to the FPNational Acquisition Review Board.
• Coordinating the collection of Forms 3155, Incident Reports; filing and maintaining accountability for the reports; cross‑referencing missing reports against the 3189 reports and preparing statistical data for program review.

• The contract employee will have at least a B.S. or B.A. degree.
• The contract employee will possess a minimum of two years of security‑related experience in security, intelligence, or law‑enforcement fields.
• The contract employee will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other computer applications.
