• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions for Release and Change Management within IT Service Management, driving automation, data‑driven and AI‑enabled integration, and process optimization.
• Embed AI‑powered capabilities such as predictive risk analysis, automated change validation, and intelligent scheduling across RM/CM processes.
• Build scalable, high‑availability systems for standardized RM/CM processes and integrate automation, AI, and data analytics for efficiency and consistency.
• Embed SAFe, Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD principles, optimizing pipelines for rapid, secure deployments.
• Transition from fragmented, app‑driven practices to a mature enterprise model by embedding data and AI‑powered capabilities across solution areas—predictive analytics, automated risk assessment, and intelligent change validation.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with ITSM platforms, cloud services, and infrastructure.
• Use an iterative sprint approach to develop standardized policies and tools, pilot quickly, and scale across the enterprise.
• Guide cross‑functional teams, fostering innovation, and align solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot proactively, and minimize incidents; benchmark metrics and build dashboards for tracking progress.
• Standardize RM/CM processes with secure, auditable, and repeatable patterns; adopt post‑release analytics to refine processes and adopt emerging trends.
• Maintain clear documentation and deliver training on AI‑enabled RM/CM strategy to enterprise partners.
• Mentor and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

• Expert level knowledge of SDLC for SAFe Agile and Dev Ops environments; best‑in‑class Release and Change Management framework and IT Service Management.
• Advanced data analytics, KPI metrics, and prompt engineering expertise; guiding development of agentic AI workflows and Gen AI use cases;
  Power BI, Python.
• Governance and communication: establish a process framework, implement solutions and tools, create standardized playbooks, and lead governance boards for ATS‑wide implementation.

• Required
• 7+ years in Systems Engineering, ITSM, RM/CM.
• Expertise in SAFe, Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, Data Analytics, and building Gen AI use cases.
• Experience with AI technologies, Python, SQL, data analytics, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now).
• Modern Enterprise Release Management/Change Management and ITSM.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power
  
  BI.
• Preferred
• BS/BA in Computer Science.
• Preferred tools:
  Jira Align, JSM, Jira Cloud, Git for enterprise RM/CM.
• Relevant certifications (SAFe, Agile, Dev Ops, AI/ML).
