* to join our Customer Order Fulfillment team based in
* Peachtree City, GA.
* As a A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist you work as a project manager supporting Maintenance Centers and Airlines A220 c-check activity. You will be responsible for the complete customer order handling process for c-check part requirements and coordinate a multi functional team to collaborate and work towards expediting and delivering all parts on-time. You will also lead customer meetings while presenting to customers the c-check orders status, addressing concerns and aligning on priorities.

* Position Summary:

* As a Heavy Maintenance Manager you work as a project manager supporting Maintenance Centers and Airlines A220 c-check activity. You will be responsible for the complete customer order handling process for c-check part requirements and coordinate a multi functional team to collaborate and work towards expediting and delivering all parts on-time. You will also lead customer meetings while presenting to customers the c-check orders status, addressing concerns and aligning on priorities.

* Primary Responsibilities:

* * Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetings

* Maintain C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available

* Responsible for C-Check file related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File)

* Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, incl. their own

* Measures, analyses and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group in order to manage material order activity.

* Ownership for C-Check project and its order lines including pre-check orders and claims processing.

* Perform Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check Checklist

* Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g. PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.)

* Clarifies technical queries utilizing technical documentation and/or liaises with technical and engineering departments.
