Consultant – Oracle Finance Cloud

Description: CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant – Oracle Finance Cloud position for our client in Atlanta, GA. Duration: 12 months.

Duties: Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Finance Cloud implementations and support. Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive automation and performance test strategies for Oracle Finance applications. Implement test automation frameworks and conduct in-depth performance analysis to ensure software quality, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to optimize system performance. Provide guidance on best practices for testing, automation, and performance management.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Finance Cloud modules.

Required Skills: Expertise in Oracle Suite Testing, with experience designing, developing, and executing automation and performance tests.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner, k6).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing into the development lifecycle.

Experience: Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle Finance Cloud implementations and testing. Proven track record of leading automation and performance testing initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
