Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Advanced Data Scientist to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
SummaryThe Advanced Data Scientist will join a high-performing global team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated data-driven solutions across all business groups and functions. They will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and application architects to integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into operational platforms.
Responsibilities- Drive the development and deployment of innovative AI/ML models and solutions that deliver measurable business impact and enable new growth opportunities
- Recommend and implement advanced data science methodologies, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling, while defining robust data acquisition strategies
- Actively contribute to shaping enterprise analytics strategy, building out AI/ML capabilities for the platform, and promoting best practices across global functions
- Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, guiding teams on model design, architecture, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related STEM field
- 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including prototyping and deploying models in commercial environments
- Proven expertise in machine learning techniques and algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras)
- Strong experience with distributed storage and compute tools (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Demonstrated ability to design and deploy production-grade ML pipelines using containerized microservices and orchestrated batch runs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
