Must Have Skills

• • IAM
• • Banking/Financial Services compliance knowledge (SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
• • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Forge Rock.
• • Experience in risk management and regulatory reporting.

• • Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements for IAM projects in alignment with organizational security policies.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and execute complex recurring and ad hoc reporting tools supporting various Lines of Business (LOB).
• • Apply advanced skills in data wrangling, data engineering, and data science to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
• • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, Qlik, and Tableau.
• • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure technical teams deliver as per expectations.
• • Drive project execution under traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• • Coordinate with IAM engineers and architects to align solutions with enterprise security frameworks.
• • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance IAM operational efficiency.
