Production Assistant

A growing gift and gourmet food e-commerce company is seeking a
smart, tech-savvy, and highly resourceful Production Assistant to support daily operations. This role works directly with the Production Manager and serves as the bridge between management and the virtual assistant team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, a strong problem solver, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for someone sharp and adaptable who can figure things out quickly and wants to grow within the operations/production side of a business.

• Support the Production Manager in day-to-day tasks and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with VAs, the Warehouse Manager, 3PL partners, and vendors to ensure smooth production and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot issues across production and order workflows; resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Maintain accuracy in product information, order details, and inventory-related updates.
• Monitor fulfillment timelines, delays, and quality control concerns.
• Assist with setting up new product workflows, packaging requirements, and vendor communication.
• Keep systems and tools updated; ensure digital records are organized and accurate.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in operations, production, or e-commerce is a plus but
  not required
