Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.

• Oversee all aspects of technology development, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.

• Partner with the AI team to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into products, services, and operations.

• Support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.

• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

• Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls.

• Develop and manage the technology budget.

• Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on technology investments.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in technology leadership.

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

• Experience working with AI/ML technologies and data science teams.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Visionary mindset with a bias for action.

• Passionate about solving real-world problems for customers.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
