Job Description

The North America Product, Experience Design and Digital (PxDD) team at Visa focuses on helping clients accelerate innovation and transform customer experience through human-centered design. This client-facing role involves sales, project scoping, research, and delivery, requiring collaboration across various teams and a holistic approach to product design.

Essential Functions

• Oversee multiple client engagements from sales to delivery and go-to-market strategies.

• Lead and inspire teams ofmembers during client engagements and workshops.

• Develop cross-functional relationships within Visa to facilitate collaboration.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Visa’s capabilities and meet key metrics like revenue targets and client satisfaction.

• Mentor junior team members and foster a diverse, inclusive environment.

• Articulate and craft the story of recommendations, aligning them with company strategy and addressing implementation risks.

• Drive innovation using creative, calculated risks and new methods to exceed client expectations.

• Recruit, retain, and develop talent within the team.

• Maintain excellent executive presence and communication skills.

• Embrace creativity, optimism, ambiguity, and a fail-fast mindset.

• Navigate complex, ambiguous problems to deliver results.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s, or 12+ with an advanced degree, including 10+ years in payments, banking, or fintech; 10+ years in product development; 3-5 years in strategy or consulting; deep industry knowledge; strong leadership and communication skills; resilient in ambiguity; growth mindset.
