The Data Analytics Summer Student role is ideal for someone passionate about data analytics, visualization, and building impactful dashboards.

• Assist in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI to support portfolio and mortgage analysis.
• Support data pipeline development and automation using Python.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing analytics projects and provide insights through data storytelling.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Prior experience in dashboard development or data visualization projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Voya offers a base salary of $27.00/hr usd. Additional incentive opportunities and long‑term incentives may apply based on performance. Salaries may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
