Overview
The Manager of Advertising Operations will support critical media management functions for The Home Depot's onsite advertising functions. This role works in a cross-functional advertising technology & operations team to support onsite media deployment for vendor partners. Responsibilities may include managing campaign setup within internal platforms, supporting QC/deployment reviews, confirming campaigns align with best practices, and ensuring internal & external stakeholders are engaged in operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Advertising Performance (15%):
Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities. - Campaign Support (50%):
Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC. - Collaboration (10%):
Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements. - QA Support (10%):
Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offerings. - Vendor Management (15%):
Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform.
- This position reports to the Director, Retail Media

- No travel required.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent movement; on rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, data science, or a business-related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in campaign analytics, business insights, or other advertising technology/operations roles
- Experience using Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, and similar tools
- Familiarity with display/search/social advertising, DSPs, and onsite advertising
- Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong project management skills & attention to detail
- An adaptive mindset and a willingness to learn new skills & processes
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
