• As a Technical Architect with the Service Now Business Group you are an experienced innovator of new applications in Service Now. You can architect system solutions with Service Now and describe the solution with ease.
• You’re willing to roll up your sleeves to develop new solutions for our clients.
• You are a continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities. You take time to seek out information about new applications in Service Now and stay up to date on the latest offerings.
• You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.
• You are comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

• Experienced advisor to the C‑Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.
• Provide leadership oversight on critical Service Now programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of Service Now Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum 8 Years' knowledge and experience working with Service Now in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 Years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high‑tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 Years’ leading teams of Service Now Developers as a technical manager and mentor and experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
• Minimum of 4 Years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews and ability to demonstrate advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL.
• At least three Service Now certifications (System Admin-CSA, Application Developer-CAD and ITSM preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

• Experience integration Service Now with AWS or Azure.
• Experience building prototypes.
