Sr. IAM Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Manage provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in IAM engineering and development.
Strong expertise in SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Forge Rock, or similar IAM tools.
Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
Proficiency in scripting/development (Java, Python, Power Shell, or similar).
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM tool-specific) are a plus.
