As Platform Engineering Lead, you’ll own the design and evolution of the company’s cloud‑native infrastructure, driving scalability, performance, and compliance across high‑throughput, ML‑driven workloads.

This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with deep hands‑on engineering—expect to influence architectural direction, write production code, and mentor a growing team of engineers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of a next‑gen SaaS platform transforming how complex operational data is processed and defended in real time.

• Advanced expertise in AWS and working knowledge of Azure; deep background in multi‑cloud architecture, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud Formation), and CI/CD tooling
• Demonstrated success scaling secure, compliant infrastructure for SaaS environments, including SOC2 or similar frameworks; 3+ years in technical leadership roles with direct team‑building responsibility

• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, such as LLM orchestration, GPU workloads, and vector databases
• Familiarity with Fin Ops principles, cloud cost optimization, and observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to modern service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and microservice communication patterns
