The Cloud Infrastructure Services Global Business Line is Capgemini's consulting and infrastructure build-and-run provisioning offering and supports the group's cloud-based services. • 7-10 Years Experience
• Relevant education as required by business
• Manage PMO team for unit or Customer
• Coordinate overall project plan, standards and guidelines
• Mentor the team as required and train the team in project management process, tools and quality compliance aspects
• Work towards Standardization of services, processes as well as various reports/trackers that are a part of PMO Service delivery
• Improve project management capabilities by improvement of processes, templates and guidelines
  
  Provide project status report to Management
• Participate in PMO capability development, staffing and recruitment
• Monitor resource utilization trends of PMO team and ensure optimum utilization that is aligned with budgets
• Assist the Project Manager community with all aspects of the project logistics, management planning, financial and risk management, follow-up on allocation of resources, etc.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics of large & critical engagements against budgeted
• Provide advisory services for Complex engagement set-up w.r.t. Group tools set-up, as well as other PMO requirements
