Manging Applications Consultant - OIC Architect (053765)

12-15 years of experience in Oracle Integration related technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, SOACS, OICS, VBCS, PCS. 4+ years hands‑on technical experience with integration/middleware platforms in iPaaS focused on Oracle SOA Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OICS). Strong architecting and design experience on Oracle FMW product‑based solutions, including SOA Governance & Security. Knowledge of integration frameworks offered by Oracle SaaS applications.

At least one end‑to‑end cloud SaaS/PaaS implementation project. Ability to leverage pre‑built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, Oracle SaaS applications, etc., in the solution. Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business process technical solutions across disparate systems. Strong understanding of HDL & FBDI for interfacing with HCM & Oracle Cloud ERP. Solid fundamentals on OCI Foundation and execution of integration projects on OCI infrastructure.

Experience delivering solutions on Dev Ops tools for CI/CD, on‑prem & on‑cloud. Experience with API Gateway / Apigee. Hands‑on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS), Oracle BPM 11g/12c Suite, and/or Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM). Knowledge of relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API‑driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practices.

Deliver deep technical expertise in integration architecture design, solution selection and implementation, with continuous technical improvement. Involved in pre‑sales activities and provide comparative analysis on various products available in the market for a given solution. Resolve issues and guide the team to successful delivery. Interact with the customer and provide them with OICS‑related solutions based on industry best practices.

Candidates should be flexible and willing to work across this delivery landscape, which includes, and is not limited to, Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software‑specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client‑specific package‑based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience.

• 6-8 years (2 years minimum relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
