Job Description - Test Analyst - Automation Engineer/SDET With CPRD/TELCO Background (052401)

• Develop, design and execute test automation scripts using tools/frameworks such as Selenium and SoapUI. Include API automation (Postman).
• Understand and analyze test requirements. Design and implement automation framework components; set up Selenium test environment (Maven integration, Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG, Jenkins integration).
• Maintain automation resources; parse and convert reports into different formats (automated).
• Coordinate with testing team to conform end user product and quality requirements and delivery schedule. Enhance test frameworks and develop automated tests to ensure consistency. Estimate tests accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities. Help design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks. Lead the team in resolving bottlenecks and establish effective communication with the team.

• Years of Exp:
  Previous experience as a Test Automation Engineer (5-7 years). Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. Highly accurate and detail-oriented.

  Can work on latest technology stack – API/Postman/Selenium/3rd party tools integration etc.
• Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

  You design and develop more complex tests and non-functional tests. You perform many roles in a software testing project as a senior member of a wider team. You act as a stream leader with technical delivery ownership within a limited number of technology areas. You contribute to bid or client proposals based on your technological expertise. You have delivery ownership and guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes.
  
  You also actively participate in at least one community.

• Qualification:
  
  3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management.
