Job Description:

We’re looking for a Test Lead who doesn’t just find bugs—they hunt them, corner them, and make sure they never come back.

You’ll own quality end-to-end: strategy, execution, automation, delivery.

• Lead QA efforts across multiple work streams, releases, and environments.
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cycles.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks (not fragile scripts).
• Drive automation-first thinking while knowing when manual testing matters.
• Own UI, API, and integration testing.
• Review requirements early to prevent defects—not document them later.
• Track quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
• Mentor QA engineers and raise the bar across the team.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver under real deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder communication—clear, direct, no fluff.
• Comfort pushing back when quality is at risk (politely, but firmly).
• Experience leading QA in agile / fast-moving environments.

• Experience testing enterprise or consumer-facing platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based architectures.
• Retail, digital experience, or agency-client environments.
• A sixth sense for where systems break (uncanny, but real).
