Responsibilities

• 7+ Years of experience in application design, development and implementation on Progress/Open Edge applications
• PROGRESS 4GL
• PROGRESS App Server
• PROGRESS Database design and performance
• Experience in UNIX
• Experience in leading technical projects and Development team
• Experience in working with geographically diverse team and coordinating with developers at diverse locations
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical background and willing to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Domain knowledge in Insurance, specifically in Life insurance and Annuities
• Prior experience with customizing Policy Administration System (PAS)
