IAM Reporting Analyst

Purpose:

• Transition of Access Roles and Certification Mgmt services (currently being provided by 3rd party supplier on a Fixed Bid SOW) to a 16 person temp to perm Staff Aug Team.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

• Experience is creating strategic performance dashboards and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding complex datasets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and Service NOW.
• Solid grasp of core IDM concepts including:
  Role Lifecycle Management (Create, Modify and Retire Roles) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Ability to identify security issues, remediate user access issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sister IAM teams, business end-users and leadership.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in at least one IGA platform solution (OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Forge Rock).
• An understanding of regulatory requirements and experience supporting internal and external audits but gathering evidence is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and understanding of RACF, Unix and Linux.
• Ability to lead initiatives in varying size and scope to support the organization.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

• At least 10 years' experience supporting large complex organizations.
• RBAC and AI experience is desired.
• An industry leading certification (CISSP, CRISC, etc.).
