Systems Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Systems Analysts evaluate and improve the institution’s information systems to meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, implementing solutions, testing, training users, maintaining documentation, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, document findings, and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new systems or updates.
  • Provide training and support to end‑users.
  • Develop and maintain system specifications, processes, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, identify improvement areas, and lead necessary changes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement new systems or modifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure time‑line and budget adherence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • Technical leadership skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with no‑code/low‑code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Mulesoft).
  • Proficiency in scripting (Power Shell, Python) and advanced data operations.
  • Experience leading requirements sessions with real‑time visual modeling.
  • Knowledge of cloud‑hosted applications (Azure, AWS) and platform‑level application reconfiguration.
  • Understanding of security awareness, data governance, and IT service‑delivery frameworks.
  • Project management experience (PMP, Agile, CI/CD, Dev Ops).
Technical Proficiencies
  • Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Microsoft SharePoint/Teams (modern sites, tenant‑level admin).
  • Power Shell, Python, JavaScript.
  • HTML, CSS, JSON.
  • RESTful APIs.
Salary

$90,979 – $132,784
