The Sr Application Developer - Service Now Integration is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Service Now and external systems. The role focuses on leveraging Service Now Integration Hub, APIs, web services, and automation capabilities to ensure seamless data exchange, process orchestration, and platform usability. This position collaborates closely with architects, platform owners, process teams, and business stakeholders.

• Design, build integration using REST/SOAP API, Integration Hub Spokes & Flow Designer, MID Server integrations (e.g., JDBC, Power Shell, LDAP), Webhooks, message queues, and event‑driven architecture.
• Build complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.
• Partner with product owner and development pods to facilitate effective sprints by removing impediments and ensuring stories are sprint ready.
• Conduct complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• Partner with multi‑functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
• Proactively handle risks, impediments, assumptions, issues and dependencies and ensure that they are identified, coordinated, mitigated or escalated as necessary.
• Handle positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate complex contracts.

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

The expected salary for this position is $95,000–$150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
