About the job you’re considering – Oracle Process Manufacturing Functional LeadThe Oracle OPM Functional Lead oversees Oracle’s Process Manufacturing module, guiding its design, implementation, and support within an organization. This role blends functional expertise with leadership, ensuring OPM meets business requirements and seamlessly integrates with broader systems.
Your Role- Lead, guide, and support Oracle Process Manufacturing initiatives.
- Oversee Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory Management, WIP, BIM, and Costing.
- Experience working in complex integration technical landscapes.
- Collaborate with multi‑vendor and geographic teams.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders.
- Manage a 24/7 support model and handle critical system issues under time pressure.
- Lead and guide onsite & offshore teams.
- Present weekly status reports to customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing – Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory Management, WIP, BIM, and Costing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Third‑Party Logistics interfaces.
- SQL, PL/SQL, and RICEW or CEMLI knowledge.
- Extensive travel required – must be available for on‑site / hybrid working model.
Base compensation range: $86,500 – $148,060. Additional variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions may be applicable.
