Oracle Commerce Cloud Lead Consultant
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Commerce Cloud Lead Consultant
. As an Oracle Commerce Cloud Lead Consultant, the candidate will be required to contribute to different phases of the maintenance lifecycle, including ticket analysis, gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions. The role plays an important part in the support and enhancement, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution, while guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
- Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Atlanta GA, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; candidates may also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;
Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role. - Hands‑on experience in development, system configuration, testing, and documentation of commerce solutions, typically with at least one Oracle Commerce Cloud project experience.
- Strong proficiency in React JS & JavaScript.
- Experience with front‑end technologies such as Knockout.js, React.js, Express.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (formerly Oracle Commerce Platform), including web services and REST APIs available for administrators, store, and agents.
- Experience with configuration/source control management such as Git Hub.
- Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for Oracle Commerce Cloud applications.
- Experience monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues in the commerce application.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience performing code reviews, unit testing, and participating in project planning and estimation in Oracle Commerce Cloud.
- Experience collaborating with business users to troubleshoot issues in front‑office applications.
- Experience performing data integration from external systems into Oracle Commerce Cloud using middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle CX Sales and Service modules/applications (any CRM application is preferred).
- Experience with build processes and tools (e.g., Git Hub, Maven).
- Experience reporting on system metrics and incidents to management.
- Experience documenting incident root causes and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Ability to respond promptly to technical support tickets and resolve them within agreed SLAs.
