, with a focus on Timekeeping and related modules
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the UKG Ready HCM solution, focusing on Timekeeping and related modules:
  • Attestation
  • Leave of Absence
  • Accruals
  • Expense Management
  • Advanced Scheduler
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready
    , with a focus on Timekeeping implementations
    .
  • Hands‑on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. timekeeping compliance
    , including state‑specific requirements and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
  • Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go‑live).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
  • Experience in training delivery and user support.
