Program Manager, OCC Disruption Containment Technology Strategy

The Disruption Containment team in OCC and Ops Analytics improves Delta's operations by promoting quicker, smarter decisions using real-time data, predictive analytics, collaboration, and analysis to reduce disruption and optimize customer experience cost-effectively. The tech strategy team defines the vision and priorities for disruption containment technology and data, manages the OCC tech roadmap, oversees IT capital, and develops initiatives for enterprise and frontline value.

To support these efforts, the team seeks a technology strategy program manager who will:

* Support the development of the technical vision and roadmap for Disruption Containment tooling.

* Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess feasibility for integration into OCC systems.

* Collaborate with product owners and architects to align delivery with strategic goals.

* Partner with OCC leaders, IT leadership, and cross divisional stakeholders to gather and refine disruption containment technology requirements.

* Assist in defining use cases, capabilities, business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

* Contribute to the scoping and shaping of simulation platforms and digital twin capabilities.

* Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in operational reliability.
